Martin possesses extensive knowledge in finance, markets capital transactions, and raising capital for start-up and publically listed companies. He has worked across various sectors for organizations such as Deloitte, Parkmead plc, Scigen, REC, and Dart Energy.

Hasnane joined Martello as a student while pursuing his master's degree in ESG and capital markets at the LSE London. He is responsible for conducting research, engaging with clients, and analyzing the market.

Hasnane has played a vital role in our work related to carbon markets and the development of the world's first regenerative agriculture carbon credit. With his background in policy and regulation, he has worked for the UK government and now manages our relationships with policymakers for the UK's net-zero policy and EU Green Deal carbon compliance. He combines this expertise with a deep understanding of Islamic finance, impact investing, and the UN SDGs.

Hasnane completed his studies at the LSE in January 2024 by submitting his thesis on the future of carbon markets and regulation.
